Former student Juan Luis Chitiva traveled to Taipei in March 2018 to study Mandarin for six months, thanks to the support of Universidad Piloto and the Taiwanese Government. Juan Luis graduated from CFNG in 2014 (part of the first graduating class) and is currently in the seventh semester of Systems Engineering at Universidad Piloto, where he obtained a scholarship based on his academic achievements. In this recently shared photo, he captured his arrival in Taipei.
Ángel David Galindo Mila entered kindergarten in 2007 at the New Granada Home Foundation School. He was a student who, through his consistently excellent academic results and exemplary human qualities during his time at NGHFS, graduated as a member of the Class of 2021. He earned the distinction of being the top graduate due to his outstanding academic achievements and also achieved the highest ICFES score of the year.
The aforementioned accomplishments enabled him to join the "Generación E" program, enrolling in the undergraduate program for Languages and Culture at the University of the Andes in the first semester of 2022. During his admission process, he distinguished himself by having his initial English levels recognized by the university, allowing him to progress to the intermediate level corresponding to B1 on the Common European Framework of Reference.Actualmente vive en la punta del barrio Bosque Calderón con sus abuelos maternos quienes han sido sus cuidadores y figura materna y paterna, un hogar lleno de amor y de valores, que siempre respaldo su interés académico y su deseo de ser profesional y mejorar su calidad de vida.
