SAY YES TO BECOMING A VOLUNTEER

Voluntariado

SKILL BASED VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

We have two types of Volunteer Opportunities: Corporate and Individual. Both support FHNG in fulfilling its mission.

¿HOW TO BECOME A VOLUNTEER?

Being part of the volunteer team involves a high degree of commitment and a tremendous amount of generosity and social awareness. Typically, volunteering hours are from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, at the CFNG facilities. If you wish to get involved, please contact us at: voluntariado@hogarnuevagranada.org or fill out the form at the bottom of this page, and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

SAY YES TO USING YOUR SUPERPOWERS

Considering the needs of FHNG, volunteers can help by providing any of the following activities:

ACADEMIC SUPPORT

We all have talents and knowledge that we can share with others to transform and support their lives. We invite you to share your talents to help others become the best version of themselves.

Here are some examples of how you and your family can contribute:

Assist Teachers: Help in the library, values education workshops for children and their families (Project Vida). Support in sports, art, music, dance programs.
Student Well-being: Professional support in psychology, speech therapy, academic assistance, and occupational therapy.

Support for career guidance and work alternatives for students.
Knitting (assistance to elderly people in neighboring communities).

2. SAY YES TO BECOMING AN AMBASSADOR

  • Be part of Ático (a program that receives in-kind donations of second-hand items, helping to meet the needs of FHNG and CNG parents and employees)
  • In-kind donations.

"A teacher is made through life, and I am thankful to my life for allowing me to teach. What I am as a teacher, I owe to the journey and always dreaming that it would end by giving everything for others; that is being here at FHNG, a dream come true, complete happiness, and the satisfaction of having been able to transform."

"I always wanted to help others, and what better opportunity than to do it at the sibling school of CNG where I graduated and where my children study today. The 'Home' is a magical place, full of wonderful children who express their gratitude with hugs and smiles for the help one provides. The most rewarding part is that every time I visit the 'Home,' I am nourishing my soul."
